Return & Refund Policy
Every stained glass piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade and fragile nature of my products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Standard Orders
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on ready-made items.
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Email me photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and all packaging materials.
Please do not discard the packaging until I have reviewed your claim.
Once the damage has been verified, I will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund at my discretion.
Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a claim.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissions are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
A non-refundable deposit is required before I begin any work.
This initial payment covers the time spent creating, patterns, revisions, and materials for your custom piece.
Once you have approved the final pattern/design, the commission is considered final.
No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after design approval.
If a custom commission is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Handmade Variations
Each stained glass piece is individually handcrafted by me. Small variations in glass color, texture, solder lines, patina, and overall appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
